Activity Overview

This online, on-demand virtual symposium brings together renowned experts in non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In this educational program, expert thoracic pathologists and medical oncologists engage in concise didactic segments and case-based discussions to guide learners through real-world diagnostic, molecular, and therapeutic dilemmas across the NSCLC continuum. Faculty review best practices for optimizing tissue, implementing reflex testing, comparing tissue-based and plasma-based (liquid biopsy) workflows, and integrating novel therapeutics for emerging targets.

This educational activity is an archive of the live symposium held on March 25, 2026.

Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward pathologists, as well as oncologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, and other health care professionals involved in the multidisciplinary care of patients with NSCLC.

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:

  • Interpret tissue and liquid biopsy–based molecular testing results to support appropriate treatment selection for actionable mutations
  • Evaluate emerging and established clinical trial data on targeted therapies in NSCLC
  • Identify strategies to overcome barriers to biomarker testing and enhance collaboration between pathology and oncology teams for optimal patient care
