Claim Credits for Live Events with PER!

For Physician and Nursing Credit:
Enter the code provided on the credit slide at the end of the presentation you attended. This code is displayed, read aloud, and also printed in the program workbook.

For Optometry (COPE) and Pharmacy Credit:
Enter the code provided on the credit slide at the end of the presentation you attended. This code will also be read aloud by the faculty presenter.

Once you enter a valid code, you will be redirected to the evaluation. After completing the evaluation, you can request credit and download your Certificate of Participation and Credit. Your certificate will also be saved to your Learner Dashboard and emailed to you.

Note: A PER account is required to complete the evaluation and claim credit.
