Activity Overview
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) aim to provide the same level of antitumor cytotoxicity as chemotherapy while reducing off-target effects. Recently, the HER2-targeting ADC trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) has gained approval for patients with HER2-mutated non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). T-DXd is currently being evaluated in patients with HER2 overexpression. Additional investigations into ADCs targeting Trop2 are also underway.

Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward a global audience of community and academic medical oncologists and pathologists interested in the treatment and management of NSCLC.

- Examine the mechanistic rationale for targeting HER2 and TROP2 in the management of lung cancer with antibody-drug conjugates
- Explain clinical guidance and therapeutic strategies in the management of lung cancer using selected antibody-drug conjugates
- Analyze clinical evidence and ongoing trials assessing antibody-drug conjugates in lung cancer targeting specific ligands
- Recommend appropriate strategies for monitoring and management of potential adverse effects associated with HER2- and TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugates in the management of lung cancer
