Overview:
This two-day symposium and lecture series is designed to provide an engaging and interactive forum to discuss the latest advances in the fields benign and malignant and classical hematology and includes both local experts from the Western New York region as well as invited nationally recognized experts from elsewhere in the United States. This symposium will provide in-depth coverage of the full spectrum of malignant hematology topics including lymphoid, myeloid, and plasma cell neoplasms, as well as classical hematology topics and considerations for special populations.
Target Audience:
This educational activity is directed toward medical oncologists, hematologic oncologists, hematologists, hematopathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Medical Oncologists (ABIM)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested 90 days before the start date, a 50% fee on refunds requested 60 days before the start date, and a 75% fee on refunds requested 30 days before the start date. No refunds will be made after 30 days before the start date. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.
In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
