Target Audience
This
educational activity is directed toward medical oncologists, thoracic surgeons,
pulmonologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants, pharmacists, oncology nurses, and other health care
providers who manage patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Describe the role of key actionable biomarkers and current molecular testing strategies in advanced NSCLC
- Evaluate recent clinical trial data on approved and emerging targeted therapies and immunotherapies for advanced NSCLC
- Apply molecular profiling results and clinical characteristics to develop individualized treatment plans for patients with advanced NSCLC
