Overview:
This online, live symposium brings together renowned
experts in low-grade serous
ovarian carcinoma (LGSOC) to discuss evidence-based best practices in the
histopathologic and immunohistochemical diagnosis of LGSOC. In this educational program, experts
review molecular profiling results in the context of targeted therapy
eligibility in recurrent LGSOC, and discuss strategies for structured pathology
reporting and longitudinal molecular retesting that supports treatment
decisions across the disease course.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply histopathologic, immunohistochemical, and molecular criteria to accurately distinguish LGSOC from other serous ovarian neoplasms
- Interpret molecular profiling results in the context of targeted therapy eligibility in recurrent LGSOC
- Evaluate strategies for structured pathology reporting and longitudinal molecular retesting that support timely MDT treatment decisions across the LGSOC disease course
Target Audience:
This educational activity is directed toward pathologists, medical oncologists, nurses, NPs/PAs, pharmacists, and other HCPs involved in the diagnosis and management of low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC).
