Activity Overview
Nearly half the population older than 60 years has more than 1.0 diopter of keratometric astigmatism. With the emergence of more advanced intraocular lenses (IOLs) and surgical technologies, corneal astigmatism management has become an important treatment goal in modern cataract surgeries. In this program, expert faculty discuss opportunities for improved astigmatism management during cataract surgery by applying patient assessment, patients’ goals and preferences, and toric IOL choices.
This educational activity is an archive of the live virtual symposium held on April 26, 2025.
