Activity Overview
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are rapidly transforming the therapeutic landscape of metastatic breast cancer (MBC), reshaping treatment selection and sequencing across multiple disease subtypes. Agents targeting HER2 and TROP2 have demonstrated clinically meaningful improvements in progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) across HER2-positive, HER2-low/ultralow, and triple-negative breast cancer populations. Recent pivotal trials, along with updated NCCN guideline recommendations, are expanding the role of ADCs into earlier lines of therapy and in combination with immunotherapy. As a result, clinicians must increasingly navigate complex decisions regarding patient selection, optimal sequencing of multiple ADCs, management of unique toxicity profiles, and integration of emerging ADC-based strategies with established endocrine, targeted, and HER2-directed therapies.
In this program, expert-led presentations will contextualize emerging clinical trial data and guideline updates. At the same time, interactive case discussions will allow faculty to explore real-world decision-making challenges related to ADC selection, sequencing, toxicity management, and treatment personalization in MBC.

This educational activity is directed toward medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, along with fellows, advanced practice professionals, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care practitioners who manage breast cancer in their patients.
