Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward medical
oncologists, surgical oncologists, advanced practice professionals,
pathologists, oncology nurses, and other health care practitioners who manage
patients with breast cancer.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Evaluate emerging evidence from pivotal trials to determine their impact on evolving treatment paradigms in early-stage and metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)
- Incorporate biomarker testing alongside patient-specific factors into personalized treatment plans for patients with TNBC
- Identify key differences in the safety profiles of PARP inhibitors, immunotherapies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) used for the treatment of TNBC
- Assess unique targets, structures, and mechanisms of novel therapies under investigation for the treatment of TNBC
