Overview
Oncology nurses encounter numerous challenges in implementing therapies that enhance survivorship and manage symptoms. To meet these challenges, they require ongoing education on the latest cancer treatments and best practices. Keeping abreast of the newest clinical data and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team are crucial for achieving the best patient outcomes. Nurses need to bridge knowledge gaps by staying informed about recent advancements and applying new strategies in clinical practice.
The School of Nursing Oncology™ is dedicated to enhancing learning through a variety of educational formats, emphasizing multidisciplinary cancer care from the nurse's perspective. This event will highlight the latest advancements and management strategies, fostering interaction and idea exchange through panel discussions, case studies, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities.
