Overview
Advances in diagnostic techniques and new potential therapies have changed the treatment of psychiatric disorders. To provide the best treatment for their patients, it is important that psychiatrists, along with members of the multidisciplinary care team, understand the latest clinical developments and how to best translate them into clinical practice.
The 2023 Annual Psychiatric Times® World CME Conference™ is the perfect educational venue for applying new strategies in psychiatry to real-world clinical practice. This meeting will showcase expert presentations and panel discussions of best practices for managing challenging psychiatric diagnoses, including major depressive disorder, substance use disorders, schizophrenia, and more. This program provides the ideal curriculum for psychiatrists and other health care providers by creating the opportunity to review patient scenarios, reflect on how to handle challenging cases, integrate relevant evidence into real-world patient management, and compare their practices with those of experts and peers. Emerging treatments and data from ongoing clinical trials that may impact clinical practice in the near future will also be addressed during this 3-day educational program.
