Activity Overview
TROP2-targeting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) provide a critical option for the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) across multiple lines of therapy. However, the rapidly evolving evidence base for these agents and their distinct toxicity profiles require clinicians to interpret heterogeneous trial designs and engage in multidisciplinary toxicity management.
This webcast focuses on clinical trials investigating the combination of TROP2-targeting ADCs with immunotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC. Case discussions, an overview of trial data, and panel discussions with faculty from across the globe will prepare learners to evaluate frontline combination clinical trial readouts and develop personalized treatment plans for their patients.

Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward a global audience of oncology clinicians, including medical oncologists, thoracic oncologists, pulmonologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other members of the multidisciplinary cancer care team involved in the management of patients with NSCLC.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Assess recent clinical trial and emerging pipeline data for TROP2-targeted ADCs and combination strategies in NSCLC
- Select evidence-informed treatment and sequencing strategies for patients with NSCLC across relevant biomarker subsets
