24th Annual Miami Lung Cancer Conference®

Overview

Despite major advances in lung cancer care, clinicians continue to face challenges in treatment selection, sequencing, and toxicity management—especially as new data emerge across early- and advanced-stage disease. Incorporating evolving evidence, including updates on targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and multidisciplinary approaches, remains essential for optimizing patient outcomes.

The 24th Annual Miami Lung Cancer Conference®, formerly known as the Winter Lung Cancer Conference®, will offer an interactive, case-based curriculum led by expert faculty. The agenda will include discussions on lung cancer screening, perioperative strategies, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. Through tumor boards, Medical Crossfire® sessions, and Q&A sessions, participants will gain practical insights to support real-world decision-making in lung cancer care.

Target Audience

This educational activity is intended for oncologists involved in the treatment and management of patients with lung cancer. Nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, investigators, fellows, and other health care professionals interested in the treatment of lung cancer may also participate.

Physicians’ Education Resource^®, LLC, is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physicians’ Education Resource^®, LLC, designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physicians’ Education Resource^®, LLC, is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #16669, for 13.75 Contact Hours (Day 1=5.0; Day 2=4.0; Day 3=4.75).

Medical Oncologists (ABIM)

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 13.75 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Advisory Board or Ancillary Meeting Definition

Any meeting whose invited participants are professional attendees of the Conference, such as doctors and physicians will be considered an Advisory Board (Ad Board) or Ancillary Meeting. This includes activities such as round-table discussions, investigator meetings, social gatherings and meet the specialist‐type meetings.

A fee is applicable for hosting these meetings, with the amount being dependent on the type and size of your meeting.

Blackout Times

There are many programs being scheduled throughout our conferences. With that, the black out hours across our meeting are as follows:

• One day prior to the conferences
• The duration of the conference
• One day post conference

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested 90 days before the start date, a 50% fee on refunds requested 60 days before the start date, and a 75% fee on refunds requested 30 days before the start date. No refunds will be made after 30 days before the start date. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.

In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
