Target Audience
This educational program is directed toward medical oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, pathologists, radiation oncologists, and surgical oncologists involved in the treatment and management of endometrial cancer. Obstetrician/gynecologists, nurses, physician assistants, fellows, residents and other healthcare professionals with an interest in endometrial cancer will also be invited to participate.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Evaluate the rationale for the use genetic testing strategies in the management of endometrial cancer through biomarker-based decision-making
- Summarize the key results of clinical trials involving emerging treatments and combinations of therapy in patients with endometrial cancer, as guided by biomarkers and genomic data
- Describe relevant supportive measures in the timely detection and management of potential treatment-related adverse events with therapies for endometrial cancer
- Explain the most efficient uses of biomarker-based therapy alongside other relevant evaluation strategies to formulate personalized treatment plans in patients with endometrial cancer
