Target Audience
This educational program is directed toward medical oncologists interested in the treatment and management of melanoma. Other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment and management of patients with melanoma will be invited to participate.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Assess recent clinical trial evidence concerning the safety and efficacy of immunotherapy used as single-agents or combination strategies for melanoma management
- Evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies, including BRAF/MEK inhibition, in the management of melanoma
- Describe treatment-related adverse events and appropriate management strategies for patients with melanoma
- Utilize approaches to optimize clinical decision-making across multiple lines of care in melanoma
