Activity Overview
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bispecific antibodies are rapidly changing the treatment landscape in thoracic oncology. In non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), several ADCs and bispecific antibodies are already reshaping established treatment paradigms. In small cell lung cancer (SCLC), novel bispecific T-cell engagers and ADCs are driving meaningful advances in a historically limited therapeutic landscape. As these drug classes expand across lines of therapy, clinicians face increasing complexity in treatment selection, sequencing, toxicity management, and biomarker-driven decision-making.
The Medical Crossfire® format is uniquely suited to closing these gaps, bringing together leading thoracic oncology experts at the point where practice-changing data emerges. Its structured debate format allows expert disagreement to surface—and be resolved—in real time, giving physicians greater confidence to implement these cutting-edge therapies in their practice.
This program was approved by the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer Program and Education Committees as an independent activity held in conjunction with the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer.
This program is not sponsored or endorsed by IASLC and is not part of the official IASLC-accredited program.
This educational activity is an archive of the live virtual symposium held on September 12, 2026.
Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward oncologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care providers involved in the management of lung cancer.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Identify the molecular targets and mechanisms of action of individual ADCs and bispecific antibodies relevant to the treatment of NSCLC and SCLC
- Evaluate clinical trial data for approved and investigational ADCs and bispecifics in lung cancer
- Develop individualized treatment strategies for patients with lung cancer, incorporating ADCs and bispecifics, accounting for patient-specific factors, biomarker status, and sequencing implications
