Activity Overview
Over the past decade, oncology has begun to leverage a rapidly maturing effort to target the KRAS protein in KRAS-altered cancers. This has led to the introduction of targeted therapies with the potential to offer unprecedented benefit to patients. Still, these agents differ greatly in their mechanisms of action, relevant alterations, and adverse event profiles.
In this module, expert faculty describe the use of KRAS inhibitors in the management of gastrointestinal malignancies, with a particular focus on the impact of pan-RAS inhibition on the management of pancreatic cancer. They will also describe ongoing efforts to describe the use of novel KRAS inhibitors across the landscape of these cancers.
Target Audience
This activity is directed toward medical oncologists, gastroenterologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and other health care professionals.

- Evaluate efficacy and safety of current and emerging KRAS/RAS-targeted therapies in solid tumors
- Incorporate clinical trial data on KRAS/RAS-targeted therapies into treatment selection considerations for individual patients with solid tumors
