Activity Overview
TROP2 is an actionable target in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) owing to its high expression on tumor cells and low expression on healthy tissue. TROP2-targeting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) deliver potent cytotoxic chemotherapy to cancer cells. In this activity, two experts establish the rationale for combining ADCs with immune checkpoint inhibitors to treat TNBC.
