Activity Overview
This Community Practice Connection™ program provides an in-depth review of some highlights from the 2026 Community Practice Connections™: Immunotherapy Across the SCLC Continuum: Optimizing Treatment Pathways From Limited-Stage Through Relapsed Disease. This unique and engaging multimedia activity focuses on the practical aspects of managing patients with limited- and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer in the community setting, helping clinicians to gain confidence in using targeted immunotherapies. The program is designed for those who did not attend the live meeting and to help reinforce learning for those who did.
Target Audience
This educational program is primarily directed toward community-based medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, advanced practice providers, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of patients with small cell lung cancer.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Integrate consolidation immunotherapy into the management of patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) who have not progressed after concurrent chemoradiotherapy
- Evaluate the clinical implications of frontline immunotherapy-chemotherapy backbone selection in extensive stage-SCLC
- Develop an evidence-based sequencing strategy for relapsed SCLC based on prior treatment history and disease characteristics
