Activity Overview
PD-L1 status and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) now anchor frontline treatment selection in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). Still, community oncologists face variability in PD-L1 assay choice and scoring thresholds, a rapidly expanding ADC evidence base spanning monotherapy and immunotherapy-combination strategies, and toxicity profiles that differ by agent. Applying this evidence in daily practice requires clinicians to interpret biomarker results correctly, weigh trial data against real-world patient factors, and coordinate with multidisciplinary colleagues on testing, treatment selection, and adverse event management.
This online, on-demand webinar brings together renowned experts in mTNBC. In this educational program, these experts discuss recent mTNBC clinical trial data, followed by case presentations and discussions in an interactive format tailored to community oncology practice. The program is designed to translate evolving clinical evidence into practical, real-world decision-making and support personalized care for patients with mTNBC.
This educational activity is an archive of the live presentation held on September 3, 2026.
Target Audience
This educational program is primarily directed toward community-based oncologists, nurses, nurse practitioners/advanced practice providers, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of TNBC.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Describe how PD-L1 testing impacts treatment planning and regimen selection in patients with newly diagnosed metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC)
- Select appropriate frontline strategies for mTNBC based on PD-L1 status, immunotherapy eligibility, patient preferences, and evolving clinical evidence
- Apply practical approaches to toxicity management, patient communication, and workflow integration in community oncology settings
