Cases and Conversations: Personalizing ARPI Therapy Across the Prostate Cancer Continuum

Overview:

The prostate cancer treatment landscape continues to evolve rapidly as androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) expand across multiple disease settings, including nmCRPC, mHSPC, high-risk localized disease, and biochemical recurrence. Clinicians face ongoing challenges in selecting and sequencing ARPI-based therapies, determining when treatment intensification is appropriate, and balancing efficacy with patient-specific factors, comorbidities, and treatment-related adverse events.

This Cases and Conversations program will use an interactive, case-based format with expert discussion and audience polling. The 60-minute hybrid satellite symposium will be presented adjunct to the 27th Annual Meeting of the Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) in San Diego and will focus on applying emerging ARPI data to practical treatment decisions.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Personalize care for patients with nmCRPC and mHSPC by integrating disease-related and patient-related factors into ARPI-based treatment selection.
• Devise proactive strategies to identify and manage TRAEs associated with ARPI-based therapies, including doublets and triplets, utilized in the management of nmCRPC and mHSPC.
• Evaluate current and emerging clinical trial evidence on ARPI intensification in high-risk localized prostate cancer and in biochemical recurrence

Target Audience:

This educational activity is directed toward medical oncologists, urologists, advanced practice providers (NP/PA), oncology nurses and nurse navigators, clinical pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members involved in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.
