Overview

Neuromuscular disorders can have a profound impact on individuals and their loved ones, but many people are unaware of the challenges faced by those affected. Moreover, there are numerous opportunities to improve care for these patients.

This activity offers the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the complex issues surrounding neuromuscular disorders. It will feature clinical experts discussing the state-of-the-science regarding clinical care of patients with neuromuscular disorders. Disease impact and the illness burden experienced by patients will be reviewed. Faculty will discuss best practices for evaluation of patients with a suspected neuromuscular disorder and keys to diagnosis. Focus will placed on sharing best management practices, including the rationale underpinning and supporting data for evidence-based practice.

Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward neuromuscular disease specialists, neurologists, specialty nurse practitioners (NPs), specialty physician assistants (PAs), nurses, and other HCPs involved in the care of patients with neuromuscular disorders.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested 90 days before the start date, a 50% fee on refunds requested 60 days before the start date, and a 75% fee on refunds requested 30 days before the start date. No refunds will be made after 30 days before the start date. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.

In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
