Activity Overview

The treatment landscape for HR+/HER2– metastatic breast cancer (MBC) continues to evolve rapidly with the introduction of next-generation endocrine therapies and targeted strategies designed to overcome endocrine resistance. The emergence of oral selective estrogen receptor degraders and therapies targeting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway has expanded treatment options across multiple lines of therapy.
