Activity Overview

Much of the substantial morbidity, mortality, and cost associated with chronic gastrointestinal disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), can be mitigated through the provision of quality care by a dedicated clinician. To maintain their high level of care, clinicians must remain up to date on advances in the field.

The Annual Live Medical Crossfire®: IBS and IBD conference is 1-day CME symposium designed to educate and empower clinicians who care for patients with IBS and IBD about emerging data and best practices for diagnosing and treating these disorders. It provides a unique opportunity for clinicians to learn from and interact with leading expert faculty to increase clinical knowledge, apply new data to practice, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

This educational activity is an archive of the 3rd Annual Live Medical Crossfire®: IBS and IBD virtual conference held on February 19, 2022.

This educational activity is directed toward gastroenterologists and primary care physicians. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, researchers, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment and management of IBS and IBD are also invited to participate.
