Oncology Best Practice™ is a nationwide series of live, regional activities held in locations across the United States that are deemed to have the highest educational need. This educational series will focus on racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic disparities and clinical gaps in the treatment of women with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The activity will use a variety of teaching modalities, including didactic presentation of approved therapies for TNBC, clinical scenarios of methods to overcome barriers to diagnostic testing, and discussions on optimal care for women from different racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We welcome you to learn how to bring the latest innovative cancer treatment strategies to your patients.

• Share insights regarding disparities in treating women from different racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds who have TNBC
• Learn how the experts and your peers are managing challenging cases of TNBC
• Ask the experts about best practices for increasing access to optimal TNBC therapy for women from different racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds

This educational program is directed to medical oncologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with breast cancer.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Examine strategies to overcome racial disparities in diagnosis, treatment, and survival outcomes for patients with TNBC
• Explain biology- and environment-related factors underlying an increased risk of mortality for African American women with TNBC
• Assess efficacy and safety data from pivotal trials evaluating current and emerging therapies for TNBC
• Apply practice-changing data to case scenarios of patients with TNBC across racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, with a focus on clinician and patient education
