Instructions For Accessing COPE Certificates

1. At the conclusion of each course, watch for a unique link that will be shown on a separate slide. Using the unique link, you will be able to access the evaluation and request for COPE credit

2. Add the 4 digit code to the end of the URL of the link in the workbook (https://www.gotoper.com/envision-cope), then hit enter. Example: https://www.gotoper.com/envision-cope1234 

3. You will be redirected to the COPE credit evaluation for the session you attended.

Please note

If you’re unable to access the link for each course during the meeting, you will be able to access the links via the unique link for 45 days from the date of this meeting.
