Recent advances in TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are poised to reshape the first-line treatment landscape for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). These agents are being studied both as monotherapy for immunotherapy (IO)-ineligible patients and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors for IO-eligible populations. Recently reported data from pivotal trials represents a potentially practice-changing shift in the first-line treatment landscape for both IO-eligible and -ineligible patients with mTNBC. This series of two 30-minute podcasts focuses on the efficacy and safety of TROP2-directed ADCs in mTNBC, as well as patient selection and toxicity management strategies, with emphasis on the real-world implications of recent trial data through concise, evidence-based expert discussions.
