Activity Overview

This online activity will feature a discussion of the diagnosis and characterization of patients with T-cell lymphoma (TCL), along with new standards of care and management of treatment-related adverse events. The format for this Virtual Tumor Board will include an introductory module on TCL classification and diagnosis, followed by a multidisciplinary discussion of 4 patient cases.

Instructions for This Activity and Receiving Credit

Target Audience

This educational program is directed toward oncologists, hematologists, and hematopathologists involved in the diagnosis and treatment of TCLs. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment and management of patients with TCLs are also invited to participate.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this educational program, you should be better prepared to:

  • Determine methods to facilitate the identification and classification of peripheral TCL (PTCL)
  • Describe how genomic subtyping informs risk stratification and clinical decision-making for patients with PTCL
  • Explain clinical trial evidence concerning the treatment of PTCL, and how recent data can be placed into the context of evolving treatment paradigms in the field
  • Describe strategies to monitor for and mitigate treatment-related toxicities in the management of PTCL
