Expiration Date: September 10, 2021

Activity Overview

This video-based activity is designed for health care professionals to explore the diagnosis and treatment of myelofibrosis (MF) through a unique perspective that puts the patient voice front and center. The activity focuses on steps along the continuum of care; from screening, diagnosis and referral to initiation of treatment, disease progression, eligibility and enrollment in clinical trials and the shared decision-making that occurs along the way.
