Clinical Vignette Series™: Addressing Clinical Scenarios in Polycythemia Vera and Myelofibrosis

Activity Overview

This online educational activity is designed to provide expert commentary regarding the clinical management of patients with polycythemia vera (PV) and myelofibrosis (MF). This program includes clinical data supporting the use of recently approved and emerging therapies for the treatment of patients PV and MF, incorporated into clinical vignettes of patients presenting with various stages of PV and MF. The expert faculty will share best practices in diagnosis, staging, and incorporating genomic testing throughout the course of treating patients with PV and MF.

This activity is presented in a multimedia format that includes a series of audio interviews with experts in PV and MF integrated into text-based elements. This educational program integrates commentary on clinical decision-making, demonstrates real-world application of data for patients with PV and MF, and addresses various clinical questions that clinicians need to consider while treating patients.

Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward hematologists and medical oncologists, as well as fellows involved in the treatment and management of patients with MPNs. Nurse practitioners (NPs), nurses, physician assistants (PAs), pharmacists, researchers, and other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment of MPNs may also participate.
