Activity Overview

This online activity is designed to provide expert commentary on new and emerging data focusing on the treatment of follicular lymphoma (FL), with a forward-looking perspective on how new and novel agents might impact clinical practice. The essentials of treatment selection and emerging treatment options for molecularly selected patients will be emphasized. A series of video interviews with experts in the management of FL are incorporated throughout to provide clinical perspectives on these topics.

Target Audience

This activity is directed toward oncologists and hematologists involved in the treatment and management of FL. Fellows, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other health care professionals involved in the management of patients with FL will also be invited to participate.
 

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:

  • Discuss evolving understanding of the pathogenesis and mechanistic rationale underlying the application of novel strategies for FL management.
  • Evaluate safety and efficacy profiles of current and emerging agents/combinations for patients with FL.
  • Assess the impact of emerging data as well as strategies in the context of evolving treatment paradigms in the management of patients with FL.
  • Identify patients with FL who may benefit from clinical trial participation evaluating emerging therapies and/or strategies.
