Activity Overview

The BURST CME™ format is an online, on-demand video program designed to deliver concise, modular education. In these modules, Onyema Ogbuagu, MD, FACP, FIDSA, reviews the utility of antiretroviral therapy for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and management of HIV infection. Health disparities in the treatment of patients with HIV will also be discussed. Expert faculty will review case studies and provide clinical pearls to illustrate how antiretroviral therapy can be used to individualize treatment for patients with HIV infection.

Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward primary care physicians, infectious disease/HIV specialists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, community health workers, and other health care workers involved in the treatment of HIV.
