WHAT IS CRU?

Following the success of its inaugural event in 2022, the second CRU Eye Symposium is set to take place in fall 2023 at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the attendees of the 2022 CRU Eye Symposium. Your presence, engagement, and contributions made the inaugural event a resounding success. Thank you for being a part of this remarkable journey, and we look forward to welcoming you to future CRU Eye Symposiums.

CRU, an acronym for "Current, Relevant, and Useful," reflects the nature of the education to be shared during the event. This exclusive symposium is limited to 100 of the most influential eye care professionals and will prioritize interpersonal interactions between attendees and industry. Striking the perfect balance between formal education and interactive experiences, the CRU Eye Experience will kick off with a welcome reception on Thursday evening. Educational sessions and sponsor interactions will follow this on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Time will be allocated for the Exhibitor Lounge and various leisure activities, with an interactive reception scheduled for Friday evening.

Esteemed speakers, clinicians, and researchers in the eye care field will present on topics such as anterior segment disease, glaucoma, retina, advanced contact lenses, myopia management, and more. The CRU Eye Symposium aims to become the most significant annual conference for influential figures in the ophthalmic field. As we move forward, we are eager to continue fostering the spirit of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
