Activity Overview

In this online, on-demand educational video, Steven J Greene, MD, and Anu Lala, MD, will discuss the intersection of CKD and heart failure and the role diabetes plays in these diseases, current guidelines for CKD testing in at-risk patients, and recent clinical trial data. Additionally, the experts will examine a few case studies to illustrate how individualizing treatment plans can result in the optimal management of patients with diabetes, CKD, and HF.
