Live, Interactive Virtual Webcast!

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

Gynecologic malignancies are an important cause of morbidity and mortality for women in the United States. Patients with ovarian cancer are frequently diagnosed at an advanced stage, for which the 5-year survival rate is dismal. Early-stage management of cervical and endometrial cancer is generally managed effectively by hysterectomy, but for patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease, the choices are less certain. PARP inhibitors are a major recent advancement that has changed the treatment landscape, and other targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and combined therapeutic strategies are also under active investigation in gynecological malignancies.

This live virtual tumor board webcast is designed to aid physicians in assessing current science and new data surrounding the treatment of ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers based on expert guidance. A panel of experts will consider case studies and apply recent data to real-world scenarios. The live nature of the webcast will allow participants to reflect on how they might approach each case, and then submit questions to the experts online in real time. This activity will serve as a comprehensive update for clinicians who treat a wide range of gynecologic cancers.

Benefits of Attending

  • Submit questions and cases for discussion with experts in the field
  • Hear the latest clinical trial data and apply it to your patients
  • Consider real-world scenarios and how to mitigate barriers to treatment
  • Learn about relevant clinical trials for your patients

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the rationale for molecular and genetic testing prior to targeted and immunotherapy agents in patients with gynecological cancers
  • Assess clinical trial data for targeted and immunotherapy agents, alone or in combination, in patients with gynecologic cancers across multiple settings
  • Outline strategies to monitor and manage toxicities associated with targeted and immunotherapy agents used in the treatment of gynecologic cancers
  • Apply evidence from landmark trials evaluating targeted and immune-based therapies to real-world-case scenarios of gynecological cancers in the maintenance and relapsed/refractory settings
