A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to August 14, 2020, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on August 15, 2020, through September 15, 2020. No refunds will be made after September 15, 2020. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.
In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
