Overview

This live program at the ONS 44th Annual Congress in Anaheim, CA, will discuss the latest trends in the treatment of patients with advanced-stage melanoma using treatments such as immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICPis) and BRAF/MEK inhibitors. Guidance on the optimal use of these agents in patients with melanoma will be provided by top physicians in the field of melanoma, with the latest data contextualized for nursing practice through extensive discussions with nursing thought leaders. The crucial role of the nurse and best practices for multidisciplinary care will be highlighted, with an emphasis on counseling, proactive identification of treatment-related toxicities, and the optimal application of data in practice. This program will encourage better communication and effective multidisciplinary care to optimize outcomes for your patients with melanoma.
