1st Annual Live Medical Crossfire®: IBS and IBD Program Overview

Gastrointestinal symptoms can be extremely burdensome and have a significant effect on patients’ quality of life and social function. There is substantial morbidity, mortality, and cost associated with chronic gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The role of gastroenterologists and primary care physicians is pivotal in early detection and effective management for these gastrointestinal diseases. This annual 1-day PER CME symposium, the 1st Annual Live Medical Crossfire®: IBS and IBD, is designed to aid physicians in assessing the wealth of emerging data in treating IBS and IBD, choosing appropriate treatment based upon patient characteristics, and applying novel management strategies to their practices to improve the care of patients. This meeting will focus on the key clinical topics in the management of IBS, chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC), and IBD, as well as provide a unique opportunity for clinicians to learn from and interact with leading expert faculty in order to increase clinical knowledge, apply new data to practice, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to April 27, 2020 and a 50% fee on refunds requested on April 28, 2020 through May 27, 2020. No refunds will be made after May 27, 2020. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.

In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
