Overview

The CME-certified ancillary satellite symposium, Current and Emerging Strategies in the Management of Early Breast Cancer, serves as an update on advances in the management of early-stage breast cancer, with a focus on the clinical implications of novel therapies, recent clinical trial data, and the management of predictable adverse events in patients with HER2-positive disease. New management and treatment strategies with current and emerging compounds in the adjuvant setting continue to change treatment paradigms in this therapeutic space. This symposium provides a unique opportunity for medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to learn from and interact with experts in breast cancer in order to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge about the wide variety of advances in breast cancer treatment and management, with the goal of maximizing patient outcomes.
