Live, Interactive Power Hour Virtual Competition

Overview

Atopic dermatitis in pediatric and adolescent populations remains a common chronic inflammatory skin disorder with major impact on quality of life. Management depends on severity and requires a multipronged approach that includes avoidance of triggers, control of itching, restoration of the skin barrier function, and nonpharmacologic and pharmacologic treatment. While numerous treatment options are available, only one has been approved in this population that specifically targets the Th2 cell–mediated immune response of atopic dermatitis.

During this live leaderboard broadcast, expert faculty will present best management approaches, the latest treatment evidence for atopic dermatitis, and patient cases, while evoking the competitive nature of participants. Participants will answer questions from the faculty and their scores will be displayed on a live leaderboard to follow progress relative to the rest of the audience.
