A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to July 7, 2021 and a 50% fee on refunds requested on July 8, 2021 through August 7, 2021. No refunds will be made after August 7, 2021. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.
In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
