Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pulmonologists involved in the treatment and management of patients with cancer. Fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, researchers, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) interested in the treatment of cancer may also participate.


Educational Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be better prepared to:

  • Examine recent evidence on mechanistic approaches and biomarkers related to the use immunotherapeutic strategies to treat solid and liquid malignancies
  • Describe efficacy and safety results from clinical trials that evaluated immunotherapeutic approaches in frontline and subsequent treatment settings for patients with cancer
  • Detail important remaining clinical questions in the field and highly anticipated ongoing clinical trials that are evaluating emerging immunotherapeutic strategies
