A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested through and including September 23, 2015, and a 50% fee on refunds requested on September 24, 2015, through October 21, 2015. No refunds will be made after October 21, 2015. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.

In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
