A limited block of rooms has been set aside at the W Barcelona at a nightly rate of EUR €325 single/EUR €350 double plus applicable local taxes, currently 10%, and includes breakfast. A credit card is required to reserve your room. You will be charged the full estimated charges for your length of stay at the time of reservation.
Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, there will be no forfeiture amount if your request is received prior to 18:00 CEDT the day before your arrival.

We recommend that you make your reservations early to get the best seat options and lowest airfare available. Barcelona International Airport (BCN) is the closet airport serving the Barcelona area and is located approximately 18 km/11.9 miles from the W Barcelona.
Barcelona Sants (Estacio de Sants), the city's largest railway station, is served by all main service lines across Spain and Europe, including AVE, the high-speed train to Madrid. It is a short 10- to 15-minute taxi drive to the W Barcelona hotel, and should cost between EUR €12 to €18, depending on the time of day and traffic.

La Mercè: Barelona’s Annual Festival
This inaugural meeting will be held in Barcelona during the annual festival of La Mercè. This week-long festival, dating back to the Middle Ages, includes cultural and artistic presentations held throughout the city, with the main events taking place on 24 September. Some famous top events include the human towers of the castellers, the Correfoc procession of the fire-breathing dragons, and the parade of giant queens and kings, nobles and saints marching the streets of Barcelona.
